![]() ![]() | not to shabby for doing it by hand and dremel. How long does it take to do it by hand? It took me about 5 min to layout on Solidworks and 5-7 seconds to lazer out. Isn't technology great!!

NO Takes mabey about an hour per grill cutting and then half an hour polishing. But this way you can say you did it yourself ![]() BTW you have a lazer?

I have access to a lazer, but I don't own it. I tell people that I made my grills. I just didn't do it by hand. But I have to give ya props for using what you have to achieve your goal!!! And that is all that really matters

ZENN: look at the sides of your waterblocks.....those were lazer cut, no further operations required (well tapping the threads, but no polishing)
