Removing Male 3-pin Fan Connector

So I have decided to strip down my bulit computer and rewire it. Recently I bought an Aerocool FP-01 which is a fan controller/card reader. Now I want to sleeve the fan connectors. How do you remove the pins from a male fan connector? I can't do it from the female side since two fans can be connected to one female connection.

If anyone could let me know how to do this that would be great!! I tried google but I couldn't find anything

You need a Molex pin removal tool.

You can make one from a staple or other small stiff wire.

The pins hook inside the connector to keep them in place.
Push the wire or tool into the connector to depress the tang and the pin should slide out with little force...

Well that tutorial shows exactly what he has allready done. To pull the male pin out you need a small tool to insert to push the locking tab down. It helps to push the wire into the tool, or a modified paperclip (flatened on both sides a little works as well)to prevent the tab from bending. It is very small so be carefull. Here are some images I took just now for you to look at.
