haha, cardboard premod anyone?

http://world.altavista.com/
translate and read it, it's great
it even encourages modding
" It does not paint the wrapping and it does the warmth which the material has that way. For example if the child pasted the seal and/or scribbled mono it becomes original with very that and perhaps also attachment furthermore becomes deep."

yes I second the review

Cool I think it's genius

It's a great case to use while you're builidng your dream rig.

If you wanna 'dry-run' a great new idea, here's a cheap canvas.

If you just need a spare sometimes.

yeah, that things is pretty ghetto. I mean the cardboard is even painted. deifinitely a candidate for a mod don't you think?
of course if you liked your rig and wanted a spare you could always look here

Question You gotta choose

Do you spend time building a cardboard temp

-or-

Do you buy a cardboard temp and spend the time working on bigger and better things?

Actually, Popsicle sticks would be much easier to work with, as they are stronger and require less thought about support, won't sag in humidity, etc...

As a former corrugated designer, take my word for it that it is a pretty slick design, even more so when you consider that it was designed for manufacture (i.e. not a bunch of little pieces glued in there where you need it, but designed in 2D, cut out of one or two flat sheets of board and folded up into the shape you see.)
