Dreyco is absolutely right - you need to be looking at "momentary" pushbuttons (rather than switches), and it's a fairly simple job to hook up the wires from your
mobo headers. They'll have 2 connectors, one for each wire to the connector on the
mobo header for each of the power & reset points.
I say pushbuttons rather than switches, because "switch" implies something that is either on or off, whereas what you need is something than is only "on" for as long as you press it.
If you've been seeing switches with 3 connectors, they are either DPST switches (double pole, single throw = on and off, but capable of switching 2 circuits independently (although at the same time)), or SPDT switches (single pole, double throw, aka on/off/on switches or “3-way” switches) - not what you need at all.
