fyi: These are only the first of more designs to be offered. Posting more as soon as I receive cad drawings.

While I like the idea of a solid-milled fan grill, I think you'd also be safe to offer some of the older design, but with interchangeable custom/semi-custom milled inserts instead of the mesh. If the buyer wanted to polish the one-piece grills, at least the way I did mine, they'd be in for one hell of a mess, clean-up wise...

I'm not too thrilled about the design for "Brain Drain", sorry...

I'll wait and see what other prototype designs come out, though...

TMN Forum is back up

Brain Drain is the first design we made to test a new high speed bit.

All of these holes were milled in less than 3 mins!

The final design is still in developement

Hey gang, this is the first prototype for the 120mm Bubble Swirl Fan grill

This grill was machined in 3/16" thick 6061 aluminum

The problem is that they all look to be as restrictive as the stock grilles in cheap old cases-- the kind you rip out to install a wire grille, or something like yours!

Haha I was thinking the same thing!

They do look really sweet I am just waiting for something with max airflow sorta like the sniper cross hair.

I would suggest "Precision", and ask that you go ahead and sign me up for 3 of them... Might also work well as an intake grill, with one of the 120mm prop fans behind it, kind of a bullet about to strike the POI...
