Stuck pop rivet

Can anyone tell me how to get a stuck rivet out of my hand riveter? For some reason I cant get it to release the rivet mandrel.

tried turning it around and whacking it? just drops right out, thats what i did and it works...

I just tear mine apart... but I own an Marson HP-2.

if your is the type that has interchangable heads , take the head off and use pliers to pull out the nail piece.
