Finding thumbscrews locally

I just want an ordinary pack of 7 or so thumbscrews to bolt down my cards (#*%& screwless mount is annoying).

I don't want to spend $8 to ship 70 cents of parts.

So where do I find 'em locally. Tried local big-box hardware, and came up with nada (only plastic ones which looked like they'd be severed)

I would say smal hardware stores, if your lucky enough to have one or two.

Actually just yesterday, found myself at the local HW store instead of lowes or Home Depot....

But normally they have a fricken collection of nuts and bolts...otherwise a local PC store? Most of the two in the closest 20 miles have misc stuff like that and rounded IDE cables...

yeah id try the hd store if not that try sodering a nut on to a threaded pin then cap it with a round screw cover you can find those at any autoparts store ;ie autozone,o'reilys
