reinforceing for a turbine blowhole

i am wanting to put a turbine blowhole in the top of my case, but the metal is real flimsy the case is a Powermax Bio II. and im wondering if i would have to reinforce the metal im afraid that it will crack the fiberglass will it?

if i need to reinforce it what should i use?shold i just fill it in with the fibeglass you think?

I personally wouldnt worry about reinforcing the metal. As long as you dont plan on putting something on top of the computer which I cant see you doing that if your adding a top blowhole. The fiberglass short strand body filler is very strong as it is so I dont think you have to worry about reinforcing the metal as I'd say the metal is strong enough as it is. Now if the metal is really thin and its bothering you I would just buy a sheet of like 26 gauge steel and cut that to the size to fit in the case and then attach it with like rivots or screws.
