see thru window, weird

hey, for my upcoming plan to do a mod i want a window that is like a sliverish color on the outside, but if you turn a light on inside you will be able to see thru the window and see the stuff inside, anybody no were to get some of this, or if they even make it, and i want one of them 1800+ chips that oc well, how much would that cost new and how much used?? if i could get one used from somewhere.

They make a window tint material that will do exactly that. Check auto parts stores and home improvement stores.

You could probably tint a piece of plexi with a "mirror" do-it-yourself window tinting kit

EDIT: Joe, funny you should say that, I have a bit of Acrylic and some mirror tint right here I was going to experiment with a long time ago...

I think you mean the 1700's not the 1800's. Those are the massive overclockers. You can get them from just about anywhere new for about $50. Don't bother getting a used one. If it is a great overclocker, the person wouldn't let go of it for somewhere around 30-40 bucks. I know I wouldn't.

As for the window....look into 1-way windows (like the kind the police use in the interrogation room). It will look like a perfect mirror without lights on, but when you fire those cathodes up, you'll be able to see inside.

EDIT--Or make your own like Anti suggested.

alrigth thx, alright about that processor to, i just got some dfi mobo for $20 and wanted a processor to go in it, it should be here tomarrow, and ill need to see it, AD73 Pro, any good, for $20?
