PSU exhaust fan not working?

I've never really looked at the back of my comp while it was running until yesterday, and I noticed that the psu rear exhaust fan normally doesn't run. Though like 10 minutes later I saw it running, despite my computer wasn't running with any more of a load. But I believe the blowhole fan is constantly running because the psu never seems hot or even warm. If anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it. Oh, and the psu is a thermaltake purepower 420watt.

man just get new brand good fan and hook it on your psu and enjoy

this fan died just change it

Having checked out the specs for that PSU, it appears the fan does have active temperature control, but I would suggest that it isn't broken, but that maybe the temperature sensor is borked on the PSU.

If you're not noticing any stability issues, then I wouldn't worry about it.

Im not sure if Computerking realises how dangerous it could be just to "change it", but I wouldn't advise doing this. Try an RMA if you want to replace the unit.
