Question Normal Athlon XP 2000+ temps?

Just wondering what a normal temp. range would be for an AMD athlon 2000. This is the first summer that my custom pc is going through and with temperatures rising up to 95 degrees, i'm a bit worried about my cpu. It's currently running at 47C / 117F. The case temp is at 80F and i'm running with an SK-7 heatsink with AS3. Anything to be worried about? Should i re-apply the AS3?

-Thanks

Thats a bit hot for a sk-7 are you using artic silver? But then again are you running a fan on the SK-7? And then again AMD's tend to run hot my barton 2800 runs about 125 all the time and I just got used to it, untill I can afford water cooling. Ya but that is about a normal Temp.

First off, is that a palomino or a t-bred?

If it's a palomino, then that's around normal. Otherwise, too hot

EDIT: Should say, no matter what proc, you wanna stay below 50C

Your running warm. My Pali stayed around 40-42C while folding. That was without any case cooling, just a heatsink.
