Default big typhoon compatibilty issues

hey
i was thinking of getting the thermal take big typhoon and i was wondering if there was any compatibilty issues when using it with the dfi lanparty nf4 sli-dr motherboard and 1 GB of ocz performance series ddr 3200 dual channel ram .....
does anybody know if there is enough height clearance .....for the ram from the heatsink
