| Greetings all, It's been a while since I've posted. My computer has broken, and as a Christmas present (although late and incomplete) I am getting it repaired and upgraded. I'm getting a new Graphics card (state of the art) a new motherboard to handle PCIe, a new DVD burner, a new case, and a new powersupply. I would like to upgrade my cooling system to a water cooled system, but I am probably getting a nice new Radeon X1800 xt, and so far, I haven't seen any waterblocks, or even heatsink/fan combos that are compatible with the X1800. I would like to get this system for my computer, even though it is one of the "all in one" jobs. It says on the discription that it is compatable with most modern CPUs and GPUs. I have no doubt that it will work with my CPU, but the new GPU might be a problem. The question, does any one know of any waterblocks that will work with the X1800 xt? Anyway, thanks for your help, and for taking the time to actually read this post. Water cooling newb here! Any info would be great. Thx. | ||

| You should check out Danger Den, they have a block that covers the GPU and memory for the new X-1800 series http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=47&page=1 | ||

| Alright, that works, unfortunatly, it's about 5 dollars less than the actual system that I want... lol. That's cool though, I might, say, get the system, and just use it to cool my processor for a while, then when I have the money, get that. Or I might not get the system at all and stick to air cooling, and just get a really good heatsink/fan. Thanks though, I'll definatly consider it as a good option. Another question, is the system that I linked to any count? Thanks. *EDIT* link here: http://www.xoxide.com/kingwin-aquastar-as-3000.html | ||

| When it comes to watercooling, you get what you pay for. A low to midrange watercooling setup can often be matched by high end air cooling. That system is not going to come close to a full blown watercooling kit, but it is probly simple to install. If you are doing it for noise or simplicity, then fine, but you would be better off with something like this: http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...3&cat=2&page=1 | ||
