Would this be the right thing to do?

Right now I have a Cheiftec entrance server tower with an acrilic side. I have 2 fans up front, and 2 fans in the back. Would it be a good idea to cut a 120mm hole in the top and put a fan in. If so should i have it blowing out or sucking in? It will be my 1st time cutting.

I'm not Airfloe hoe or anything but i would believe you would want it blowing out because heat rises

If your 2 fans in the back are up high you don't need a chimney fan. I would put the 120mm on your acrylic door blowing directly on the CPU and GPU.

you could also add a duct to the 120 to focus the air directly onto the cpu

Or put the 120mm to replace the two front fans on the bezel, like duct it, and put two 80mm fans on the window above the cpu and yer agp/pci cards
