Default looking for a little Help.

Hey,
I was wondering if any of you "pimp-ies" could point me in the right direction. I am looking at watercooling my rig. I was thinking of putting in a reservour in on of my 5 1/4 bays and then pipe the coolent to the proc. If you guys could help, I am looking at what parts I need to get and where to get them.

Thanks guys,
Cyberwolfy

Second vote for Danger Den, although there are others out there that would do well for you also.

There are two kinds of reservoirs available for 5.25" bays: ones made of acrylic and ones made of polyethylene. Some members here and elsewhere report that acrylic can crack and leak, but only under certain conditions, whereas polyethylene is more durable, but is less attractive visually.

Another option is the Aquatube made of aluminum but require some modding in order to mount it.

I'd recommend a vertical reservoir. They take less to keep full,
and don't entrain air bubbles into your system unless you let it get way to low.
(And always have the connection leading into the reservoir higher up. [Make sure the bottom port is the connection flowing out.])
In plumbing, air is not thy friend.

For a internal res I'd use Micro coupled with a fillport for even
more capacity and easy access.

For an externally mounted solution, this will do the task.
(And It acts and a secondary radiator.)
