what exactly is your question? Sufficient for what exactly? What temps are you getting with your current setup? What IS your current set up
A fan on the bottom doesnt work very well from what i've heard, unless you have your computer up on stilts

Make it a pair of 120's on top, and a single 120 on the side panel... might work better. But I'm not exactly a greatly known airflhoe so mine are just mild suggestions.

Yeah i'd have to agree with Outcast on that, You dont really want all of those holes in you're case, unless you really need 'em, with that many fans, it'd be louder than a lawnmower. I'd say you could go with one 120mm on top, 120 is huge......and maybe an 80 on the side? On the back, how many places do you have for fans. and are they 80mm holes, or bigger?

PC 75's are the full tower Lian Li's, so he's got lots of space for fans.

looks good to me but just have the case on some small legs othwise the bottom fan will just try to suck up some desk which wont do anything, but from what iv seen it seems like the bottom fans work pretty whell but iv never tryed it

All I'll say about the bottom fans is I hope you filter it good... I think you'd be fine without it though.

I think the new idea of cooling is to have the rear exhausts turned around and just have the PSU and blowholes as output. That's what NoSlak (I think?) did, and reduced his temps around 10 c
