Any one know if this is a good cooler?

i found this vid card coooler on SVC. i was wondering if anyone knew anythign about it, cause i have a uv themed case and it think it looks pretty

Bob, I seen that unit at SVC.com, under the new products for the month of January...
Looks like it get's it's power from a pci slot but it doesn't say that anywhere.
It put's out like a decent 80mm fan, but does so, at 4000RPM @ 36db.
I bet it's loud and inefficient just like a gimmick should be...pass for me...

I am sure you can make a much more efficient one that is much quiter. You can also make it fit to the them of your case easier.
