need help deciding on a case

im a big gamer and need help decideing on a case with good airflow , I HATE TOWERS cuase i lug around my case to lan parties all the time. I found 2 i really like and need ur guys opinion on them.

Out of the two, it'd have to be the Raidmax case for me: more fan locations, the window is less passe, & it offers some scope for modding if you cahnge your mind later

I'd go for the Raidmax case myself as well.
The Blade type fan grills you can buy would go nicely with the window on that case.

Airbrushing and painting should at least qulaify you as a painter...lol

That's a nice case Ba - good find

talem - while I remember, plan on spending some extra wonga on getting a decent PSU too. The one that comes with the case sounds underpowered at 350 watts, & if it's as cheap and nasty as I suspect, it's likely to cause you stability problems & will have a short lifespan.

Edit : I guess the power switch & led, the reset switch & hdd led are the protrusions either side of the FD bays

Slider, I know that Zen has that one and he loves it. It looks to be of the finest quality. You're right, maybe I can convince GK to get one of those for review.

Jonny, it all depends on what brand PS is in it. Remember that review I did on mnpctech's SC195? That has a 350 Sparkle in it while hyperfolding on a 3.06 P4 with the full compliment of fans, equipment, and bling and hasn't hiccuped once. As stable as a rock.

But your point is valid, a cheap pre-mod like those will likely carry a Deer or something like that. Those are so worthless they don't even work as paperweights.

Just a bit of advice which only applies if you plan to water cool. Get a case with a removable motherboard tray.

As my case has one...Avus Premier Case..however I could do without the 7 3.5 bays inside...lol
