which heatsink and thermal compound?

im planning on getting the thermalright alx-800 should i get it?

with this fan a friend gave me.. at low its 20 cfm at 1300 rpm and at high its 75 cfm at 4800 rpm....

which one should i get artic silver 5? artic silver 3? or the artic silver Ceramique?

the thermalrights are a good choice, currently i have an slk-900a and i love it. over at svc.com there not to bad of price eather, got mine on a sale for $20 there

I don't know, pray and find out.

I would get the SLK-900A & use that 80MM fan you have, if you can tolerate the noise.
Otherwise a 92MM fan with 60CFM+ would give a larger area of flow with less noise.
