Here is a link to a really nice site. Use it to figure out your wattage requirement on your system.

Then do yourself a favor and add at least 20% to make sure you are cover during a surge, and for some growth.

Fuelman's Overclockulator has got a power draw calculation tab in it too

I have found that I can find the power requirements for most if not all of my equipment on said equipment. None the less though, that is a nice link if you are just trying to ball park it.
