Niiiiiice...besides the fact I feel really stupid with this score. I can't believe the difference is so huge though...it's almost like my hardware is two times as crappy as everyone elses when in fact it's not. Strange things with benchmarks.

Updated - overclocked the core on the 9600XT to 550. Now at 33729 compared to 31285. This lack of system RAM is bottle necking me on several benchmarks I think. Ohh well, soon to be replaced.

My CPU score is 7,647. I would rather not post my GPU score cause it sux0rs. GF2 MX400 doesnt get good scores.

It would be a good idea to post your rig specs as well as your score. Sigs change. That way people can tell what score you got a year from now and know what you used.

When I get the itch I may turn off everything, OC the vid, and then see what happens.

I don't understand your reasoning behind this, the specs of the machine tested and the specific date and time are properly and clearly listed with the score.

That's on your CPU with the Bullet card. That's with the CPU clocked down to 2171 with a stock FSB.

I am really wanting a new graphics card, but haven't been able to convince Household 6 that it is necessary yet.

Yeah, it's kind of unbelievable that it's still holding up. I recently upgraded to the latest drivers, and for the first time the card liked them. I haven't OC'd with the new Cat's yet, but I'm just amazed it will run them without lockups.

You have had alot of driver problems?

I am becoming less and less a fan of Dets and Cats as time goes on.
There is no way that one driver set can be optimal for 5 generations of GPU's!

I've had problems with both the Det's and Cat's. I'm running drivers on the 4200 that are over a year old, anything else kills it. It used to be the same with this 9700, but I tried the newest ones for the hell of it. Shocked the crap out of me that it worked, I was running drivers from last March on it.
