Dennis Pireta, Wenger’s marketing director put it succinctly when he noted, “This is not exactly going to win any awards for lightest, smallest or most efficient tools…” The knife is a brute, weighing 2 pounds, 11 ounces and measuring 8.75 inches. But don’t worry, it has a key ring so you can carry it on a belt loop.
Wenger set the price at $1,200. Each knife must be ordered individually through the company. If you’re interested in being the coolest Boy Scout on the block, call Wenger at 800-431-2996 to order your own Giant Knife, Version 1.0.

Now I know that this will be PERFECT for...
umm..

trying to sell more regular Wenger knives perhaps??

(it needs more cowbell though!)

I'm sure that there's some engineer somewhere in that company that thinks that thing works better as a doorstop than an actual tool.

It's still ridiculously funny though.

You don't carry it in a pocket. thats silly.

You need to get staps for it and carry it like a backpack!
