| Ok, so i was making beef jerky last night and the fan on my rig died at some point. I was using Alton Browns furnace filters/box fan set up. Its -10 out so i dont know of any store thats gonna be selling box fans right now... Anybody know how i could finish drying the jerky? Its at least half done, since i checked on it about 6 hours ago and the fan was running, but its still pretty moist. Crap. | ||
