found these little launchers to be pretty nifty =) take a look

sTabLauncher


and

Punk Software - RocketDock

personaly i like rocketdock... ( i still dont like macs)


my freind hit me up with a good one for keyboard users

Very nice find TK, the video explains alot how RocketDock 1.3.0 final works for those that are interested in giving it a try...

You guys should also try ObjectDock by Stardock....It does both those thing and does it very well..I have been using it for years...

I will post some pics when I get home from work if you wanna see..

Tru, there is a free version of ObjectDock but it does not have everything the pay version does. But you only have to pay once. (unlike the Desktop suite, I pay every year for that)
