Uninstalling help

Well I want to uninstall a game I have but it tells me there is no Install.LOG file so it aborts...my question is...is there anyway to somehow make a fake .LOG file to trick the prog...I know the log files shows what was isntalled and all so I dont know if that would work...or does anyone know of a good uninstall prog that would get rid of this game for me including registry and all.

I'm sure someone has a far better system than me, but I just delete the folder it was in, and repair the registry. Sure it leaves a few things here or there, but it doesn't normally end up sucking up to much of my HD it seems.

Find JV16PowerTools and use that to clean up the entries in the registry.

I use jv16powertools so that isnt a problem...but do you guys know how to remove the program out of the add/remove folder?

You could always install over the current installation to make the install log. Works for me most of the time.

Use jv16. Go to registry tools>click the first icon for the registry manager>click uninstall manager>find the offending program>highlight it and hit delete to get rid of the program in add-remove.

Well I just deleted the game out my program files and did what antim told me and removed all the reg with powertools...seems like it did what I wanted..thx for the info guys.
