| Hey ya'll... Had a pretty good day (yep... I'm arrogant enough to think someone might actually wanna hear 'bout it). Woke up all pissed off, dog decides I need to be up and operating on 4 hours sleep... then I got in the car to run into town for the last round of supplies before I blow ND... did some Type A driving (including doing 45 miles per hour over the limit in a 65 zone while blasting Pantera)... Life is back to looking good. How messed up is that? God help me when I get to place where the cops actually hide behind buildings and trees and stuff... out here, they cruise up and down the road, so you can see 'em coming most of the time (I hate white cars for the fact you have to wonder until they get close). Anyway, I'm about 8 days away from my move, things are kind of coming together, and I'm pretty pleased... Still have a ton of crap to pack... but I'm pretty happy at the moment. As for my rig, I compressed one of my rigs down to where it fits into a single mobo box, and the cards are stacked in anti-static bags in an ATA 66 box... I'm leaving my beloved Antec case behind (my next mod needs to be more extreme, and the window kit in my Antec is restrictive). Still, I've got both my 80 gig Seagates and my 30 gig Maxtor in my Koolance PC-2 case (on the aforementioned ATA66 card... so I've got 190 gigs of space between three drives... one of which has it's own controller... so I'm pretty happy 'bout that. Anyway... call it the facts I've had a fairly decent day, add to that I've been drinking Chocolate Macadamia nut coffee and I'm back to havin' all kinds of cheap cola on my hands and things are looking up! | ||

| where I live you see them shooting radar up in the trees and if one gets you you can take them to court because there is a certain degree of aim and if they exceed that degree the radar is not accurate. its a big thing at the school I used to go to, it's located near a Yuppie-town subdivision much like Celebration in Orlando, the speed limit is an ungodly freakin' 30 miles per hour, I ride my road bike faster than that, kids at school used to be like 'God, you're fast, you were passing cars and doing this and doing that blah-blah-blah' and i'm just like 'TThe speed limit is 30 mph, what do you expect? anyway you see them in packs of 3 or 4 cars hiding and camping out waiting for school to get out, they are also there in the mornings. | Got to sleep in this morning cuz it was the wifes day to run the paper route. About the time I get to work she calls to tell me that my step-daughter wrecked her car. Bent up the hood and pushed in the left front headlight. Oh yeah, were trying to sell that car. | ||
