Another random bs post. How I am spending New Years Eve

Damn, I feel old! It is New Years Eve, time to party! Well, I have had a few beers, but no party. I did do some laundry, washed the dishes, and swifered the floor. Heck, I even cleaned the bathroom! Dang, no parties for me. Almost all my friends are married with kids, so it is rare to get an invitation to party with them, and I am not about to got to a bar, and drive home.

But I have Monday off, I might stay up untill midnight, but I doubt it. Well, I am going to play some CS, have another beer or 2 and go to bed.

And I am ok with that. I guess getting old does that to you.

All i did today was sleep-in from working on the spinner last night.

And my OverClocking madness starts again with some new scores and more Hardware goodies.

Eh, I guess you don't always have to party and stay up real late to usher in the new year. I'm just chillin' at home with the family and taking it easy... but I guess that's mostly due to the three feet of snow outside

Happy new year everyone. Know what your saying Fred_G, having nothing but married friends slows down the party scene. Gotta make the best of it though. Watch alot of football, drink a few brews. The best part I like about it is not being on the road worying about where the DUI check point is. I can get sloshed in my own living room and nobody has to drive my sorry butt home.

New Year always feels like a bit of a fuss about nothing to me, more so this year I guess. Unlike Christmas, I never mind if it's a bit crap (as it usually is for me). Last night I very nearly went to sleep at 11pm.

I went to my mates house yesterday, and we watched Toxic Avenger 1, 2 and 3. The first one is amazing, but the other suck, theres a fourth aswell apparently.

I watched Football and had a few St. Pauli Girl's. Fell asleep sometime between
11-11:30. Woke up at 2 and watched Adult Swim and fell asleep again. Woke
up alive at 6:30. Happy New Years :-)

Well, Happy New Years all! Well, to add to the excitement of my New Years Eve, check out my New Year's day...

Went to the folk's house and had blacke eyed pees and cornbread (maybe a southern tradition, but next to steak, my favorate meal). We have that every year. There oven died, so I cooked a frozen cherry pie, took it by late this afternoon, and we munched on that.

I have beer left from last year. Must drink it before it goes bad. Damn, I will be hung over the day after New Years...

I gamed from The Afternoon (on new years eve) till 3:30am playing the Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butchers Bay.

I spent the afternoon at starbucks, goodwill, and my girlfriendshouse, watched Rolling Kansas, and Click, and still have yet to watched Beerfest. One nice thing is, i played a little handheld party game (i think it was called "catch phrase") with five complete strangers my girlfriend and her mother, it was fun, and got real crazy. But for one thing im proud to say, its been the second new years, i was sober. I watched football too, very sad this smorning going to work and hearing about this very sad.
