Well to day I decided to change NB cooler for the stock one to the one off my old Epox board, also take apart my video car and put some AS5 on the GPU.

I slowly took it all apart. I broke the NB pins that hold the sink down .. I pulled them and the tops poped off so I had to take the MB out to get the bottem pieces of the pins. so Before the MB came out I had to take off the Big Tycoon.. Witch was easy . I slowly took out the MB and removed the pins. I put the MB back In cleaned and replaced the AS5 off the cpu and cooler and the stock stuff from the NB. I also blow out all the dust and stuff from the heatsink. I put it all back on carefully.

Okay, now for the fun part the Video card.. I've never done a video card so I was really scared of it. But I took it all apart clean the Thermal grease off and put the new stuff on the GPU. And before I put the cooler on I also blow out all the dust and stuff then put it back on.

I put every thing back together and it worked awesomly.. Even have better temps!
