-Your formatting sucks and because of that most people will skim over any convincing info. 9 out of 10 people will just write it off as generic bi*ching.

Ok so wait a minute... do you mean to tell me that in this day and age you actually agreed to hand over personal financial info (your credit card and apparently bank account numbers) to someone for services (building your $7000 computer) without any form of proof of services to be delivered? Call me a harsh cynical bastard, but if you honestly did that... I think you should be re-evaluating your purchasing habits. If you did in fact get some form of receipt... take it to your lawyer and pursue it.
What's more you said you worked an average of 14 hours a day for more than two weeks solid, including sat. and sun. apparently without filing out the paperwork to become an employee. Are you set up as your own business? I know here in Wi. if you do freelance work (ala freelance photographer's assistant) you need to be set up as a company, it's the only way to be an independent contractor here. But you said you refused that contract anyways.

It sounds like you have no legal basis for your claims, no receipts, no contract stating you were working for them and your pay... If I'm right in all of this I think you may want to save your legal fees and chalk it up as a hard lesson learned. Don't ever do **** without the proper paperwork. In the future make sure you have a legally binding contract that explicitly states : you work for them, how much you get paid, how many hours you are expected to work, your job title, OT pay, etc. etc. etc. Hell I'm only 20 and I know better than to start a job without a contract, your entire bitchfest smacks of bull****.

And on another note what you posted here does have some legal standing: it's called Libel, aka defamation of character. You have no proof of your claims, and even if you did you are way out of line posting what you did on a public forum. If you are serious in your claims you should edit or delete your post and gather your proof. Take said documents to your lawyer and go from there. Either way what you've posted will do nothing but harm to you.

Well i did a quick scim through and found that you have the ability to make "Extreme" pc's and are an able modder, so i dont see why you payed someone else 7 grand to do it for you....... if all you needed was a couple things laser cut or CNC'd then that doesnt call for a total system build by the given company. You could assemble the pre-modded parts yourself in the safety of your own home with your own "Extreme" talent....

You are totally correct. I had worked with Brian a few times before and some trust had been built, however I let my total love for what I was doing control my emotions until it was too late. I really wanted to believe what Brian and Melissa were telling me because I wanted things to work more then anything. My wife even saw it coming but truly felt I would have to see things to the end for myself. What I can tell you is it will NEVER happen again.
