Who, besides me, is going out early saturday to wait for the big one? Personally ive been practicing my bow skills for a while and am feeling confident in taking a big one. What about all the other hunters out there?

I own a bow but never got into killing with it. I am a rifle hunter when it comes to deer. I hate bow hunters around here. All we ever get is these city wanna-b's that want to come kill a deer but have no experiece and the next year we see deer running around with arrows sticking out of them. It really pisses me off. I quit allowing bow hunters on my land after this **** started happening. Good luck to you phins and I hope you have experience! For me I have to wait till rifle season!

Something about the word "hunting" sounds fair to me.

And let's face it - if we wanting hunting to be fair y'all would remove all your clothes, leave your weapons at home and go out into the woods with just what God gave ya. I mean that's what the deer do.

And if you can kill anything that way, then you can say youre a hunter.

Don't get me wrong - all I eat is meat. But until you can take one fair and square no bragging!

heh, i doubt you will see me but naked running after a deer, that would just be a scary site heh. i dont think I myself would wanna see that. But i would definately like to take one with my bare hands, if i could fall out of a tree on top of it or something. Maybe one day, MAYBE, i will get out there and try it out heh. Until then, bow season and rifle season will have to suffice. I'll be out there rifle season too. I personally am better with my bow than i am my rifle, but im pretty dang good with my rifle, i'll admit. One thing i wanna try is a 12 gauge slug, but im not sure if you can shoot a slug during muzzleloader season here. Ill have to find out. I cant afford a muzzleloader, so ill have to stick with the slug heh. Good luck to everyone this season for sure, and dont shoot it unless you are experienced enough to hit it in the right place.

I wait for rifle season. I can shoot a bow fine as long as the target is the side of a barn and I'm standing in it.

Well see, even then, man invented primordial traps to catch stuff. We wouldnt go after deer either, since I think deer didnt exist in the days of primordial man. They hunted in groups and went against mammoths. Even primordial man was clothed, they knew enough the winters would be harsh and that it formed some sort of protection against the weather. Even women hunted. Man also used bows and spares to catch things. In some cases, we also used fire against animals.

I saw that on the discovery channel one night, it was about the evolution of man (well Not from apes, it was focusing on how we came to be, not where we came from)

Iduno what ya'll are doing. I'm lazy i don't like getting up at 6 in the morning unless my hunting partner buys tha beer and cleans the spotlights.

Now u can hunt all year round using my plan, I asked a cop friend of mine and he said it was legal.

1) You need a good vehicle 4X4 is better

2) You need a bike rack on the front of your vehicle

3) You need a drivers liscence.

Now, after u have the bike rack on the front of your vehicle, you can start the hunt. Try driving down the highways that go threw wooded areas. If you see a deer crossing the road you ram it w/ your vehicle. The deer will be killed and hooked on your bike rack. You use the straps to to keep it's legs from draging and u just take it home. As simple as that, also u can show off ur tropy. Image some guy that has a bike on his bike rack and u speared a deer w/ urs. lol Ok, if u don't see any deer this is where the 4X4 comes in handy, ya'll have to go find the deer now.
