How the contest works

Read the official contest rules.

Send in your submission package, including photos of your mod, a brief write-up of the project, and the official application form.

The Screen Savers will choose four finalists from the submission pool.

If your entry is one of the four finalists, you ship your mod to TechTV so your project may be profiled on "The Screen Savers" the week of September 22.

The winning mod project will be decided by an online vote on the TSS website beginning Thursday, Sept. 25, at 8 p.m. Eastern, and ending on Friday, Sept. 26, at 3 p.m. Eastern.

If your mod project wins the online vote, you and your mod will appear live on "The Screen Savers" on Monday, Sept. 29.
