-When you post on a Thread you get 2 Karma points
-When you crete a Thread you get 5 Karma points

Now, in the future it is my understanding that:

-You can Lose Karma points for making a Stupid Post in a Thread
-You can Lose up to 15 Karma points for creating a Stupid Thread
-You can Lose Karma points for using foul language like the work F**K
-You will be able to make comments regarding a members Karma points
-Admin's can also remove your Karma points when or if they want...they are the Karma Gods!!!
-Once the amount has been determined...you can turn in your Karma points for PR Stuff...like a Sock or PR Hair Dye

If you don't understand what Karma points are after you have read this Thread...you Karma will be reduced by 5 Karma points...LOL

BTW...by creating this Thread I have earned a whopping 400 Karma points!!!

SO I'm guessing whoever made this specific BBS created karma points for some sort of reward system? To me it seems kinda like something that acts better than post count. Rather than getting a higher post count and attaining some sort of rank on the board, there would be a point system determined by how stupid or how smart you are.

It was like that with all the anti-smoking commercials on TV....the teen smoking rate shot up, defeating the purpose.

Hey I'm all for Legalizing Drug Use even though I do not participate. There should be some regulations and laws regarding the use of, but it should be legal.

The government should Tax the hell out of it....make millions and millions of dollars. Then maybe thay's lower the damn taxes on my smokes!!!

I been saying that for YEARS man.. make it legal and tax the hell out of it and/or sell it from gov't run retailers. It will lose the mystique and the government will make moiney off them instead of spending millions in a battle that can't be won.

I can see it now, My 6 year old daughter climbing onto a school bus, and the driver is stoned out of her gourd...but hey! It's legal!

Duck that's why I say there should be Regulations and Laws concerning the use. Just like drinking and driving...it should be against the law.

I was involved in an accident where I almost lost my life due to someone on drugs. Luckly my daughter was not in the car or she would not be alive.

Some of those anti smoking commercials are freakin hillarious, they do nothing but make the idiots that made them look like melodramatic attention starved drug addicts that don't smoke.
