photoshop plugins

hey guys and gals im having a hard time finding a good plugin for photoshop.i need to help out a few friends on graphics and cant find a good site with FREE plugins any help or suggestions would be great.i am mainly looking for flames or fire.been finding some lame ones

Theres some decent sites with lots of free stuff if you chase em down thru Google

there is (or was) also a spot somewhere on Adobe's site, I'll try to find the link.

EDIT: Here you go, try THIS link for brushes, plug-ins, etc.
There are quite a lot of user submissions as well.

ya jinx thats where i was trying but as said befor was finding some lamos ...godfoot thatnks ill give it a shot when me eyes are not so tired but that looks very promising at least not maybe for this project but some in the future.
anyone else please feel free to join in i read somewhere in the threads earlier that someone was impressed with the sigs on here lets share some pointers and links.dont want this post to be just for me but for others as well.
