| Only advice I could offer is stick with it. It will get easier as you figure out the best way to take them out and put them in. I was the same way but I don't even notice them anymore. Other than that just keep them clean and you will do fine. | ||

| Yea, when i started out it took that long about. But now i can do it without a mirror. lol Try using ur pointer finger to push and hold your eyelid up, use the middle finger to hold and put the contact in, and use the ring finger to push your bottom eyelid down. Hope that doesn't sound confusing. ![]() Also, Try looking down when you do it. For some reason it helps. ![]() | ||

| For some reason, I always open my mouth when I put my contacts in... I use my left hand to 'hold' my eye open, and use my right index finger to put in the contact for both eyes... It gets A LOT easier, once you get used to the fact that you're poking your eye, lol. Also, if you use more 'moisture' solutions, the contact will seem like it 'jumps' to your eye because it wants to stick to stuff that is 'wet' already... When you're taking them out...make sure your fingers are a little damp, it makes them a lot easier to take out...since the same rule applies...the lens is more attracted to things that are 'wet' and when you're taking them out...your eyes are usually dryer than when you put them in... | ||

| To take out my contacts I usually just slide my lower eyelid down with my middle finger then use my index finger and thumb to get the contact out. I just pinch it out. Its not a pinch like your going to pinch somebody. As soon as your fingers come in contact wit the lens the just start closing your fingers together to break the suction and then it just pops out. Then the way that the people at the eye place told me to do it. They said to pull lower the eyelid down then just put your finger on the contact and slide it down. I hope that the post makes some sene at the least. | ||

You'll also find all women have their mouths open while applying mascara. It's one of those odd ball natural reactions folks have. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
