Download and install Cliprex DVD Player, then install.

Its freeware, enjoy. If you are going to be sticking around I suggest you make your own username.

windows media player can handle dvd.
edit-inter-actual comes on a lot of dvds too.
best bet is still a 3rd party player(or linux).
