Default Now With Dual Broken Arms Action!!

i thought yall should know that i broke both my arms. my elbows are fractured so im in casts up to my shoulders.

it's ot so bad, i got the doctor the position them at the typing angel, and i have a trackball and game pad, so it's not that bad. eating is a pain, it's a complex ritual of me cutting food into small bitesized pices then sucking it up. it's quite stranious.

it happeened by a bike wreck guy cut me off, i put my brakes on, flipped over my handel bars.

i must go now, arms hurt badly from typing.

Honestly I don't know how you broke both your arms in a bike wreck that happened when you flew over the handlebars. I have plenty of bike crashing stories to tell, and none of them involve broken bones... I am proud to say I haven't broken a bone yet...at least not one I could tell Roadrash is what always gets me, but not broken bones.

Here's a more recent story, I didn't post it when it happened because I didn't want any sympathy and I was sick and tired of having people ask what happened and how it happened. It all started on the Sunday of the church's picnic. Every year the church our family goes to has a picnic, and I've been working at them for the past two. This year I worked at a inflatable cheese maze for little kids...and were there alot of them. Well, I get done working there and start walking home. On the way home I see these two 7th grade kids and I could tell they were planning something. They went through the cheese maze, and at first sight I could tell they were trouble. Well, my guess proves right, the one kid shoves the other into me....that pissed me off. I was going to do something about it, but I just kept it verbal So, I get home and I have to deliver papers. So, I get out my bike and start delivering papers. I then go pass these kids who have some crappy but big wooden ramps on the sidewalk as a gap....now you know where this is going. I happened to do a wheelie off the little pathway to a house but I ended up putting too much power behind it on accident and I end up jumping off quick....just so happens the stupid kids saw my mistake(I wasn't trying to impress them, and thats a fact) and they started saying some ****y **** to me. That just added fuel to the fire...I was sick of stupid little kids. So, I ride over there and I check out their ramp and they want me to go off of it....yep, so I did. It just so happens the ramp was a little crooked so it messed up my landing. I landed front wheel first, and then suddenly I whited out and before I knew it I was on the ground. My whole body was sore, but I managed to get up despite the huge gashes on my elbow, shoulder, and knee. So, I ride home all pissed off at little kids (I still don't like them to this day ). You know how the rest goes...washing out the damn bloody wounds, scraping the dirt out. My mother got home a while after that and bandaged me up. That's the end, but there is alot more to it.

Now, let me tell you another story that happened many years before. I had got my first bike a few days(or weeks...who knows) before the church picnic. Well, on that same cursed Sunday, I was riding my bike around the blocks by my house(hey, I was in 1st grade, at least I think) and when I turned down a street I wiped out big time(I don't know what happened). I was knocked out and someone called the ambulance. I didn't go in the ambulance since I must have been being stubborn so my mother took me to the hospital. That's about all I know about that. All I can say is I will probably NEVER ride my bike on Sunday of the church's picnic for the rest of my years.

...In 6-8 weeks you'll be ready to pump some iron to get back at all the iching you'll have encountered. stay AWAY from metal hangers, they do more damage in the long run.Peace-out bro.

Dude, get well soon! Damn, at least you can still compute though... two broken arms and he's still on his computer! Dude, you've raised the bar and I salute you

I've known a lot of people badly damaged on bikes... I always thought it would be cool to own one, but I keep hearing these stories... with the speeds I drive, it's probably better I have doors around me

EDIT: I guess I should ask... Motorcycle "Bike" or Bicycle "Bike"...

I assumed motorcycle....

OK, let me ask a question: Do you drink milk and take vitamins? One of the two is good, but both will make your bones tough. Sure, you've heard everyone say it before, but it is true, ever so true

Ahh, get well soon. And next time, try and use your rear brake instead of the front one

Whoa, need check my posts more often!

anyways.

firstly i don't think i could use a metal hanger, I use my feet and mouth to scratch my self.

It was a bicycle...which is okay...why could'nt i be made of metal? ...bastard.....

I have no honey...In all definitions of the term...realy wish i had some delicious honey now....

basicly what ahppened was I was coming home from my friends, it was rush hour, I was on the sidewalk, it was pretty much barren so I was going as fast as i could. I had the walk signal, and this guy pulls out in front of me, to prevent coliding with him I slam on my brakes, and go flying onto the road which i guess in about 8 or 10 feet away. guy keeps going and does'nt stop or anything.

I have never had some one stop when they run into me.

Well, man, I had a bad one this year too. I hit a BMW that stopped in a crosswalk, and broke six ribs, a finger, five teeth, and a lot of pride. It takes a while, but you'll survive. You just gotta heal up and run the jerk down. Riding is too much fun to give up, even for a wreck like this.

Too bad the $%^*$^%$ destroyed my Mongoose in the wreck.
