Nice solid Rockwell you scored there.

Fortunately for you, those saws can be rebuilt many, many times. Hopefully the bearings are in good shape...the rest you can tune up easily enough, and the Dayton looks to be a 1HP or better. Build a good catch table, get a good 80t+ blade and you could fab some nice cabinetry. I have a small portable Hitachi saw as I just don't have the shop space and have to keep my equipment mobile. I did set my saw up with a router table and it sure does come in handy. If you have a Porter-Cable router, you can pick up a spare base for it and leave it attached to the saw. Then you can just unthread it when you need it elsewhere.

I have seen those Incra-Jigs before, but have always just built my own jigs for whatever I'm building. A couple accessories I have found useful are a tenoning jig and a tapering jig, both of which you can make yourself. A good flat-bottomed dado set is also very handy.
