Default What CMS?

Hello, I was browsing through some modding forums and this one really cought my eye. Right now I'm building a similar site to this one, would like to be an affiliate, and I was wondering if anyone knows or possibly an admin could tell te what Content Managment System you guys use for this site.

I looks similar to Joomla, but I highly doubt you guys went opensource. ^_^

Any other help is well apprectiated.(Modules, Content Scripts, Bots)

Yes, but you have to have a backend CMS to run your custom script off of.

As described the script is custom.
Further inquires should be taken up directly with the owner of PCApex.

It takes some backbone to make a first post to say "hey I like your site" and then ask
how did you do that so I can copy it.

Who said anything about copying it? Please tell me, I would like to know.
I just asked what CMS he uses to run the site. I dont thinnk you fully understand what a CMS is if you keep saying he custom wrote it.

The CMS was highly customized by vladimir over the last several years and is not just an "out of the box" experience.

Its pretty much impossible for one persone to creat a custom CMS, without having any issues and faults.
Creating a CMS takes months, hell even years to accomplish, its not a everyday thing.

I didn't say he created it from scratch.... just that it is custom and is not an "out of the box" variant.
And who says it hasn't had it's issues and faults?

Edit: And no, I don't know which he may have borrowed from, you would have to ask him or the site owner.

I think , no matter what / who / how / why / or where the CMS is from / done / implemented / reworked or whatever .......

Your questions should go to "Glitterkill" , who is the owner of this site and the only one as far as I know who would have the athority to answer or not answer your querry.

And , might i suggest you ask them in a PM , as I dont believe the information is something for public desscussion.

no disrespect intended just some kindly advice.

Its not that he/she wants to copy it... they just like they way its layed out is all. As it is a customized variant from other CMS software thats been HIGHLY modified to suit this site.... Its not available to anyone else.. thus the end of this thread should be such.... safe to say.. even if you ask GK dont expect him to give you the source as its highly customized from original core and would likely have ALOT of hard coded material within the many files, not to mention the years that have went into development...

My best suggestion would be to 1) look at the forum software.... then 2) fine a CMS that works with that software..... Its not that hard honestly you can do it....
