| Hmm I just read the thread Munchies and thought of this for an idea... How do you make your special snacks? Homemade honey trial mix (AKA Gorp): 1/2 Honey Chex or Honey Cherios Cereal then equal portions (by volume) of: Crasins (cranberry rasins) M&M's Honey Roasted Peanuts (other stuff is always welcome) Quick Energy Snacks (AKA peanut butter balls): Equal portions (by volume) of: Peanut butter Chocolate Chips Powdered suger Then just add a touch of water and mix it all together in a bowl either eat as is or roll into balls best served refrigerated Banna Split Banna cut in half (length wise) put chocolate chips and mini marshmellows on top microwave for about 30 sec to min Pretzel dip Cream cheese Horseradish mustard mix them and you have a really good dip! | ||

| As per request... To go with that banna split a tasty beverage you will need, Cranberry Juice with Mountain Dew is orgasmic and loaded with vitamin C you can try other juices they are pretty good too but things not to try are juices with rootbeer applejuice with soda strawberry banna with soda (maybe with Sierra mist it would work) | ||

| Nah, it not too bad for me cause I do a ton of biking, walking, skiing and running. When I take a rest I sit on the computer though I have the trail mix stuff for breakfast usually cause I use an entire thing of cereal. It's actually not too unheathy. Cause its just cereal nuts, and fruit and a bit o' chocolate edit: And yes the peanut butter balls are good | ||
