St. Louis Firemen!

Morning everyone,

woke up this morning to a radio talk show discussing the law in St. Louis, Missouri in which a woman who is not fully clothed cannot be rescued by a fireman. What the heck? Anyone else find that as F***ed up as I do?

but they are trying to avoid lawsuites...

So what happens when you are a woman in the shower you left the stove on and your house catches fire.

While you are in the shower your house is burning and your neighbors call 911

Your the kinda woman who undresses in her room and has no clothes in the bathroom

The fire dept gets there you are stuck in your bathroom that is on the 2nd story

So you have to die? Or jump out of the window?

South Carolina has/had a worse law

It was/is legal to beat your wife on the steps of the court house, but only on Sundays

EDIT: here's some more dumb laws in Good Ol' South Cacalacky

It is a capital offense to inadvertently kill someone while attempting suicide.
It is illegal to give or receive oral sex in South Carolina.
It is illegal to sell any alcoholic beverages on Sunday, unless you own a private club.
Horses may not be kept in bathtubs.
By law, if a man promises to marry an unmarried woman, the marriage must take place.

That is a stupid law....i hate stupid laws.

i bet a lady had a lawsuit on the fire department on a fireman touching her wrong (even though all he was thinking was to get her to safety) and the department cant afford another lawsuit so now anymore naked chicks in a fire are screwed....
