lol, but yeah, I don't think you can ever build the ultimate rig without it being one upped within 2 months...

Well I would get a system from Puget Computers since they do liquid cooling. Well this is a very easy question to answer. Just get the 512mb GTXs running in SLI on top of an AsusA8N-32 Deluxe, with an overclocked FX-60, fastest RAM available, and five 10k 150gb HDDs. Not to mention the four DL DVD-RW drives, fan controller, etc.

-Twin Dual core processors and mobo
-SLi or Crossfire with latest greates cards
-PC Power and Cooling 1Kw PSU
-Phase Change cooling for CPU and videocards
-Twin Raptors mirror in RAID for OS
and as many additional sata 500Gb drives the mobo can take
-custom built gigantic case for all of it to fit in

Yeah I forgot to add in the 1kilw PSU.

I would have Bill from mnpctech.com Build me The SWEEEETEST CASE!
Then I would buy my way into ATi & Nvidia Product Testing Program. (Which I made up)
Next I would have Intel & AMD Build me a Quad-Core CPU and MotherBoard Combo.
For the Hard Drive I would have WD Build me a 200gig Sata3 Windowed Hard Drive w/blue Lights.
For the sound card I would have Creative Sound build me a All Lcd display for the Pro External I/O Hub with infrared receiver.
Monitor would be The worldÂ’s most advanced LCD TV - 56-inch and 3840 x 2160 pixels Monitor
My Gaming Chair would be a Force Dynamics 301 (Attached Image)
Keyboard/Mouse would be a Logitech G20 LCD Gaming Combo w/voice programmable keys.

See, 16 CPU machines are great, but you can't really Game on them, ya know.

I would start with the Dell Quad SLI Renegade. From there I would the following:
- Quad CPU, Fastest A64 available
- 4gb fastest ram available
- 4 30" Dell LCDs modified to have no bezel and arranged to look like one giant monitor
- Phase change cooling, 1 set for the CPU and 1 for each GPU so I could OC the hell out of them
- U320 Adaptec SCSI COntroller
- External storage racks with U320 15k RPM drives setup with RADI 1+0 for the OS, RAID 0 for Swap File, and RAID 1+0 for gamesd and applications, and of course a seperate rack in RAID 5 for storage
- DLT drive to back it all up
- Couple of Plextor 716A Optical drives
- several !kW PC Power and Cooling PSU
- all wrapped up in a nice beautiful custom manufactred desk that Bill and I design and build in the new mod shop I just built with my unlimited funds,

Well, I'd actually build several computers, probably around 10. And I'd set aside an entire room for them, and host the best freakin LAN parties ever

Ide buy a Lear Jet that has a cool Alianware Notebook built in.........

I'd get hold of the fastest Intel Core Duo I could, watercool it and overclock it to a very possible 3.8ghz or so, and utterly destroy everyone in Super Pi and 3dmark....

Graphics wise I'd have dual X1900XTXs or 7900GTXs. There's only one Core Duo mobo available at the moment and it doesn't have 2x PCI-E, so I'd commission Asus to build me a custom one. Should only cost about £100,000, and that'd be for 1000 pieces, so I'd have a few spare if I knacker them from overclocking. Paired with that we'd have some lovely DDR2, or DDR3 if it was possible,

For storage, I'd have a 200gb flash drive, and the screen would be a 23'' Apple Cinema display.

Oh and last but not least, I'd hire some minions to change the batteries in my wireless mouse. I'd love to have a wireless mouse for my laptop but changing the batteries every ten seconds does my head in.
