| Apex Advanced Techie  |  Kudos to Logic Supply Last week I had ordered about $500 bucks worth of stuff for my project. I emailed them with what I wanted to buy and they said it looks good. When I got the stuff I realized that I didn't have a Sata power cable for my HD. So I emailed them explaining the situation and nicely asked if they'd be so kinds as to ship it for free if I buy one. They responded by saying that they would not only ship it for free but would not even charge me for the cable. Finally a company that knows how to treat customers Nice Job!!!!! BTW, I yesterday I had ordered 2 of the very same cables from Directron. No charge for shipping and the cables were $2.99. So I have extra if anyone needs. | |
