fixed............

wow... this is annoying...

how i got it to work... copy line one into a notepad (word wrap off) then copy line 2 and paste it at the end of line 0ne... then copy and paste that into ie.

Ha ha..... If Microsoft actually did this they would never finish Vista. They would be spending their whole day jumping out of their chairs and flying into their monitors! And at night, they would be having nightmares about going to work the next day!

I think some of the video was from Microsoft. Other parts clearly were not. Check out this picture. It looks oddly like a Mac OS X box in the red circle! Though Microsoft does use their rivals products to see what's worth stealing, the Mac box here looks out of place.

myself and group of coworkers actually came up with a very similar idea for tech support call centers who staff only the most unqualified people to do trouble shooting.

the theory was, when they screw up (as they often did 90% of the time) the physical repercussions would soon instill a real want for learning how to correctly troubleshoot simple problems.

kind of like the rat in the electrified maze that eventually learns what turns not to take in the maze. too bad they never went for it, i think it would have made huge improvments in the tech suport industry.
