What Do Yall Think?

just sold off a bunch of crap.... i wanna build another system. it will be purchased in chunks, cause its not gonna be cheap.

heres what i got so far:
mobo: DFI lanparty UT SLI Expert soc. 939
chip: opteron 170 939pin dually
video: xfx 7800gtx 256 ( can i run 2 monitors w/ single card? can i run 2 monitors through 1 card when in SLI?)
h.d.d.'s: x2. western digital caviar re2 wd4000yr 400 sata150 in raid-0
psu: enermax elt620awt
memory: 2x 1gb sticks corsair ddr400 xms dual channel

what do yall think? what would yall change? i plan on SLi in the future just not right now.
i might go with a mid size aluminum server case.

I don't think you can run dual while in SLI, but I may be wrong....thought I read that somewhere, though

hmmm.... maybe 1900xtx??? but its like 130.00 more?
i dont really know to much about this card? are they all crossfire capable? how does that work?

Don't know much about ATI cards and their capabilities. But yeah, SLI definitely does not support multi-monitors, but I think you can add an extra PCI card and run a second monitor off that. Hold on I'll see if I can find a link....

i think ima stick with the 7800gtx, just so i can go sli when i want more power.

ive decided against corsair ram w/ a dfi mainboard... im look into some OCZ, or Gskill

well... now ive been reading the new asus deluxe has problems running opteron 170's... myabe ill look into the msi
