Well........here I am....

Just wanted to throw a post out since I have access to a computer. I just arrrived here in New Iberia in LA. It's a small Red Cross station mananging about 80 people effected by the storms. A few problems, but nothing I can't handle.....Here with a 4-man security team and staying in town at a local motel........Currently working 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week............this will probably last about a week before we're dispatched to another location............Spent the last week getting our gear and getting certified with firearms under LA requirements.

LMAO..........No MRE's for this guy........heh........We get a "per diem" of $43.00 a day to eat..............

Getting ready to go off shift right now.............to drink a few beers and relax for tomorrow.......
