Default Sweaty Palms

Ok to start off I have sweaty palms, I dont sweat at all except on my hands witch is wried
it happens all the time when playing games, using a mouse, writing (ALL THE TIME)
is there anything I can do to stop this without medication?

Maybe write or use the computer in a cold room?

Maybe if you get a mouse with grips on it, it wont bother you so much.

Well this happens in air conditions rooms too
and i cant take a fan with me to school.....

It's a condition called hyperhydrosis. I always called it SHS, sweaty hand syndrome, but it actually is a known condition. I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it. He will probably suggest getting the cause of the condition, which is usually a psychological reason, such as tension, stress and/or nervousness.

I've pretty much outgrown it, but it still exists for me during extremely stressful times.

Well its not so bad where you can see sweat beads or sweat my hands just get realy clammy
Well i have a physical in a few weeks so ill mention it then

I have sweaty hands too sometimes...other times im just fine...but as for the puter gaming...I bought a mouse with a fan in it...wooohoo that baby is swingin! its great!

Superglue seals pores... but that would feel wierd.

I get sweaty palms all the time.. even when my hands are below 30 degrees to the touch. I just deal with it. Wipe your hands on your shirt.
