Talking Thermaltake Cl-w0020 Tribe External Cpu Liquid Cooling

Quote:
Sometime ago in 2004 I was asked to look at a cooling kit from Thermaltake called Bigwater and I must admit when I first open the product and saw the small 8mm tubing I thought, eek this isnÂ’t going to work that well, but it did and I was very impressed. This year they are releasing a lot more in the way of watercooling with the internal BigWater SE, the external Rocket, the speaker like Symphone. However, they didnÂ’t stop there, no they also saw fit to bring us the Aquabay equipment which is a res, level indicator, flow meter and rad all designed to sit in the 5.25 bays of a case. ThatÂ’s without mentioning the 2 new type of Cpu blocks coming soon with rad built on. but today we are here to look a kit and that kit is the only one I haven't mentioned and that is the Tribe

What is the Tribe, well itÂ’s a 120mm radiator based external watercooling kit that is designed in a way the external casing could be mistaken for a small form factor PC. But inside its much more than that, without giving to much away let me say this, if it performs as well as the Bigwater I will be surprised as external kits can either work or fail very badly. But knowing Thermaltake they have done there homework, so lets find out if they did.

Heh.....gave me a chuckle. Thermaltake are to the enthusiast PC market as the Chinese to the international market.
