Default Lan party and sponsership.

Well the organization I am apart of called BASH is having a large lan party October 22nd. I started this thread to ask for any help with sponsors. We are trying all of the common names such as alienware, bawls, geil, ocz, ect. I wrote Glitterkill back in July asking if PR could contribute anything and Im just curious as to what the situation is now (this statement is just to see how the rest of the staff feels, in no way to single out GK). Below is the link to the Bash website.

Now, my second question, Has anyone been able to get sponsership for such a lan party or their organization? If so who was it?

Well please let me know guys, I would really appreciate it.

BASH

Couldn't of put it better my self! And its good advertising for PR! Lets see.....a bunch of people from PR are from Ohio as well so you should be able to round up a few people to represent!

i used to run a smallish (approximatley 60 people per event, bi monthly) lan out of Dallas called Urban LAN. We never had problems getting sponsors. Here is a list of the people that sponsored us throughout our history that i can remember:

Powmax
Bawls
Soyo
Abit
Nvidia
Alienware
Corsair
BenQ
Thermaltake
Newegg

those are the ones i can remember. bawls always sent us a free case of bawls and a badass poster for every event, heres a pic of it. man i kinda wish i still did that, but it died out after i left high school and started college
