as u can see there are no cables

dont mind taht ata cable in background, its for cdroms...and going to get replaced with rounded one

aslong you have sum source of light surrounding, the data would find the bus at the same speed

but if u got no light, transfer speed gets very bad

behind hdd bracket..

cables go throught a hole taht i cut with my dremel

i also had to cut off the rubber wrap of the top part of the cable

and also cut off those sleaves covering connectors itself

But damn, now all your data will be coming out of the HD backwards.

Good idea very simply implemented by any of us. I thought about doing that, but I screw with my equipment too much to keep having to pull the panels and unscrew the drive to unhook it.

With long enough ribbon cables and some prior planning, cables can be routed along the walls and drives and only show where they connect.

Not to take anything away from you Clown, you did a great job with the interior of your case.

good one clown ..was thinking of doing that to a floppy to hide it .but then started thinking about how often i use it.never thought about the harddrive DUH.hey your unning a epox board mind if i pm ya was wanting to know about em and if i should invest in one myself

Thats neat, and a very good idea Never thought about it myself..however I was considering doing the "origami" style to the cables.
