New bird.........

Well.......after my C0ckatiel got away from me on monday (He's either still flying around Georgia or dead from all the heat we've had this week).................I went out today and got me a replacement......only 2 months old........since I don't own a digital camera yet, I found a pic that resembles him........

Well, I have those priority issues going on right now.............like I just bought a new house in February and I had to do some things to that to get it comfortable. I do see the car godz saying that I'll have one soon and I'll begin a new hot rod project out of it...........only time will tell..........

Besides, I've been out of work for a few months.........although it looks like I'll have a new job sometime next week........

Thanks........I'll tell you, the other bird had been through alot with me.......crazy ex-GF, car fire, etc.......had him for almost 3 yrs..........and he was always on my shoulder when I was home.

This new addition will be the same......................except his wings WILL remain clipped and he WILL remain indoors at all times...........heh

I no exactly what you mean there my birds all have there wings clip and i do let them out of there cages but i do not leave them alone there is always some one watching them all the time but i do trust them a lot .Good luck training your new bird will you be training him to talk my mothers ****ateil talks pretty good they just take a little bit longer and patience to teach them to talk but they talk pretty good.Sometimes it talks so much they are hard to keep them quiet but i am use to it now.lololol

My Amazon Red Lord was a survivor and a road whore. He liked to travel with me.
I cant say the hotels liked him too much though.

Chi Chi survived a house fire only because his wings were not clipped. He was able to fly out the
door as people were fleeing as well.

Not long after that Chi Chi became a prisoner of war for Chi Chi had been taken by
the opposition in a DIVORCE!

I'm sorry about your loss. I've had my current bird since he was just started to get feathers. He's always on my shoulder wile IÃ‚â€™m browsing pimprig or working on my rig. Although he does get put up when the more dangerous moding tools come out.

Right now, he's resting comfortablly in his cage.........I'll be taking him out a lil later so we can get to know each other.......we'll probably either be on the computer or in front of the TV watching a car show or something.............heh
